Most students graduate with a degree. Very few graduate with an edge. The Leaders Council is where that edge is built — through real experience, AI fluency, and a network that opens doors before graduation.
Applicants competing for a single entry-level role
Most resumes never reach a human.
Of entry-level tasks at high risk of AI displacement
The jobs your degree prepared you for are disappearing.
Where hiring decisions actually happen
Credentials alone won't get you there.
The ElevateU Future Leaders Council is a selective national group of high-potential students who are building real-world experience, developing AI fluency, and positioning themselves for career success — before they ever apply to a single job.
Members are chosen for their ambition, not their GPA. This is for students who understand that the old playbook is broken — and are ready to write a new one.

We guide you in building a portfolio of projects, ideas, and work that shows how you think, what you can do, and demonstrates your proof of value to any employer.

Elan Divon is a Harvard-trained author, keynote speaker, and Founder & CEO of ElevateU — one of North America’s leading platforms for student and young professional development.
As former Director of Career Development at Chapman University, Elan had a front row seat to a troubling pattern: talented, driven students graduating with prestigious degrees, but many without jobs. That gap became his mission.
Over the years, Elan has delivered leadership and professional development programs to high-potential talent at Fortune 500 companies including Nike, Intel, and Uber, and has spoken at universities across North America. In 2017, he launched a social venture on the NASDAQ, earned the endorsement of leaders such as NBA Board Chairman Larry Tanenbaum, and has helped thousands of students and young professionals land competitive roles, lead teams, and multiply their impact.
The Leaders Council is the culmination of that work — a carefully designed program built to give the next generation the strategic edge the system was never designed to offer.
